We've been trying to organise a date for us all to get together and film the video for the Indiegogo page but it's been hard making sure everyone is available to film.
After Steve decided he wanted to take the video in a new direction, he made a few suggestions on who the presenter could be. One suggestion was his friend Laura, a BBC radio presenter. We thought this was a great idea as she will no doubt, through her popular reputation, help us to promote Purr and be wonderful at presenting the film. Unfortunately, due to her busy schedule, Laura was unable to film until after our deadline date and therefore, in the last moment, Steve asked one of us to step into the Presenter role as we could not find anyone else at such short notice.
We both decided that Ellie would be the best for the role and Becky would be a director on the day.
In preparation for filming, we have booked out two cameras, extra batteries, radio mics and other relevant equipment from the University Tech store. We also refreshed our memory using the learning resources provided by uni. We've also completed a risk assessment from to cover us from any health and safety aspects that could arise on the day.
We're extremely excited to begin filming and really can't wait to see the final outcome after we have filmed and edited it.
