Purr Logo Designs

After hearing the new business name, Steve and Adam asked us to create some new logos for the company.

They had a new brief entirely and just wanted a very simple design. They wanted it black, with just Purr displayed simply. We tried a lot of different fonts on both Word and InDesign:

 We decided to incorporate a full stop to add impact to the name.

 We added a drop shadow to these last two fonts, just to see if it would add anything - and we're so glad we did. The drop shadow transforms the simple text by giving the impression that it's been raised of the page/screen.

Steve said his favourite was the last logo, which we suspected. We like the simplicity of it too, however, we couldn't resist mocking up a design for the app thumbnail and a design mixed in with a pastel shade of lilac - a popular colour at the moment.
